Landscape Laborer / Construction Worker

Work full-time with a winning team year-round (as long as snow isn’t on the ground). Reliable transportation is required to report to job sites throughout the Denver metro. Hours are Monday through Friday with some weekend work as needed to meet project deadlines.

This position requires effective communication skills, integrity, and sound knowledge of hardscape construction and landscape installation. Primary responsibilities include construction of outdoor spaces, responsible use of equipment, and full observation of safety guidelines. We are looking for someone with ambitions to advance as a foreman or crew lead.

• Obey health and safety regulations at all times.
• Understand and install irrigation and low-voltage lighting systems.
• Quickly master new skills and techniques from training and instruction.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• High degree of integrity, honesty and teamwork.

Preferred qualifications: A degree related to Horticulture or two years of landscape installation experience.
